El régimen pensional aplicable a los Procuradores Delegados que al momento de adquirir estos derechos se encuentren ejerciendo el cargo ante la Corte Suprema de Justicia y el Consejo de Estado, será el mismo que corresponda a los magistrados o consejeros de estas corporaciones. El régimen pensional de que trata el inciso anterior es incompatible con cualquier otro régimen, sea en forma total o parcial.
