amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 249 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 249. En caso de hechos que puedan constituir infracción penal, la Policía de Tránsito y la Vial tendrán atribuciones y deberes de la Policía Judicial, con arreglo al Código de Procedimiento Penal.
