° Las oficinas postales y telegráficas de Fontibón y La Mesa, en el Departamento de Cundinamarca, y Toro, en el Departamento del Valle, a partir de la fecha en que se den al servicios las Administraciones de Correos creadas en dichas localidades, continuarán funcionando únicamente como telegráficas, con el mismo personal y asignaciones que tienen asignado en la actualidad.
