La Junta Directiva de que habla el artículo 39 del presente Decreto se reunirá en el local donde fuere citada, en sesiones ordinarias, por lo menos una vez al mes, y en extraordinarias, tantas veces cuantas fueren necesarias, a juicio de la misma Junta o del Gerente. A tales sesiones concurrirán con voz pero sin voto el Gerente, el Subgerente y el Auditor y los demás empleados o personas que sean citados por la Junta Directiva. Actuará como Secretario de la Junta el Secretario de la Caja. Constituye quorum en esta Junta Directiva la asistencia de la mayoría absoluta de sus miembros.
