Artículo único. La Republica conmemora como día fasto el 8 de marzo de 1822, fecha del nacimiento del egregio colombiano doctor don Vicente Arbeláez.

En el templo en donde reposan los restos del meritísimo Arzobispo, se erigirá su busto, a costa de la Nación, y se inscribirá al pie de el número de esta Ley.
