º El artículo 3° del Decreto 1030 de 1985, quedará así: "Cuando se establezca la prohibición de que trata el artículo 1º de este Decreto se indicará que su violación constituye contravención sancionable con multa de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000.00) a cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00) convertibles en arresto a razón de un (1) día por cada quinientos pesos ($ 500.00). sin que el arresto pueda exceder de treinta (30) días. Igual sanción se aplicará a los infractores de las prohibiciones contenidas en el artículo 2º de este Decreto".
