Decreto 710 de 1956 · Por el cual se aprueban los estatutos de la Corporación Nacional de Servicios Públicos, y se dictan normas para el funcionamiento de esa entidad

°. Patrimonio. El patrimonio de la Corporación estará integrado por la suma de los patrimonios de los antiguos Institutos, y por los nuevos aportes, apropiaciones y recursos que obtenga la Corporación. Este patrimonio estará representado en títulos nominativos, no negociables, que se expedirán a favor de los beneficiarios.

Parágrafo 1

Las acciones expedidas por los Institutos que fueron incorporados, serán reemplazadas por títulos de la Corporación.

Parágrafo 2

Los títulos llevaran las firmas autógrafas del Gerente General de la Corporación, del Secretario General y del Auditor.

Parágrafo 3

En caso de pérdida, extravió, hurto o robo de un titulo, la Junta Directiva podrá ordenar la expedición de un duplicado. CAPITULO II Objeto de la Corporación
