En los Consejos de Guerra Verbales, cuando no haya auditor de guerra en el lugar de la reunión del Consejo, o no pueda asistir, desempeña las funciones de auditor el mismo oficial que fue nombrado como funcionario de instrucción, u otro nombrado por el Presidente “ad hoc”.
