Desvinculación de común acuerdo . Cuando exista acuerdo para la desvinculación del vehículo, la empresa y el propietario de manera conjunta, informarán por escrito de esta decisión al Ministerio de Transporte, quien procederá a efectuar el trámite correspondiente cancelando la respectiva Tarjeta de Operación.
