El que altere, desfigure o suplante alguna o algunas de las marcas que acreditan la propiedad de los ganados o marque aquellos que no le pertenecen con propósito de apropiarse para si o para otro, sin el consentimiento de sus dueños incurrirá en relegación a colonia agrícola de uno (1) a tres (3) años.
