Las resoluciones y sentencias deberán ser debidamente motivadas y fundadas en derecho. Podrán ser breves en la parte correspondiente a la comprobación de los requisitos del SIVJRNR. Serán de obligatorio cumplimiento desde que adquieran firmeza o cuando hayan sido recurridas en el efecto devolutivo. La JEP podrá solicitar el apoyo de la Fuerza Pública para la ejecución de sus resoluciones y sentencias.
