Fuentes de información . Para la operación y ejecución del Sistema de Protección Social Integral para la Vejez, Invalidez y Muerte de origen común, las entidades que lo conforman podrán recurrir a las fuentes de información y bases de datos que se requieran en el marco de sus competencias, sin necesidad de que medie convenio o acuerdo de intercambio de información, lo anterior cumpliendo con los principios, derechos y condiciones de legalidad contenidos en la Ley 1581 de 2012 y las normas que la adicionen, complementen, modifiquen o sustituyan.
