Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias en especial, los artículos 29 incisos 3° y 4° del numeral 2, 146 numerales 5 y 6, 151 numerales 1, 2, 4 y 5, 152, 153, 154, 155, 156 y 157 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero; los artículos 1.3.8.1., 1.3.8.2., 2.4.1.1. al 2.4.8.5. inclusive y 2.6.1.1. de la Resolución 400 de 1995 expedida por la Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores; los artículos 1.1.3.3., 1.4.2.1., 3.3.2.1., 3.3.2.2., y 3.8.1.1. de la Resolución 1200 de 1995, expedida por el Superintendente de Valores; y los artículos 20 y 21 del Decreto 343 de 2007.
