A partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, las Aseguradoras del régimen contributivo y subsidiado en salud, tendrán entre su red de prestadores, las Unidades de Cáncer Infantil de las zonas o regiones en donde tengan beneficiarios, de conformidad con la disponibilidad y de acuerdo con los parámetros de población que establece el anexo técnico y que defina el Ministerio de la Protección Social.
