º. Créase un Comité Central para la organización, coordinación y control del sistema de sugerencias, integrado en la siguiente forma: El Ministro de Trabajo o su representante. El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil, y El Secretario de Organización e Inspección de la Administración Pública

Parágrafo

El Comité Central de organización, coordinación y control del sistema de sugerencias solicitará la asesoría de los expertos que en Administración Pública y Productividad, prestan sus servicios al país por cuenta de organismos internacionales tales como las Naciones Unidas y la OIT.
