Tarifa mínima . Teniendo en cuenta los costos de recuperación del recurso fauna silvestre como base para el cálculo de su depreciación, de acuerdo con las pautas y reglas establecidas por el artículo 42 de la Ley 99 de 1993, el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible expedirá la resolución mediante la cual fijará la tarifa mínima base de la tasa compensatoria por caza de fauna silvestre, la cual se ajustará anualmente.
