Ejercicios sociales . La sociedad tiene ejercicios semestrales que se cerrarán el 30 de junio y el 31 de diciembre de cada año, a partir del primer semestre de 1991, para hacer el inventario y balance general de fin del ejercicio y someterlo a la aprobación de la Asamblea, previa autorización de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
