Acreditación de los beneficiarios de la Ley 1565 de 2012 o las normas que la sustituyan, modifiquen o adicionen . Una vez la Comisión Intersectorial para el Retorno haya evaluado y aprobado las solicitudes que realicen los colombianos que retornan al país, la Secretaría Técnica expedirá, a través del Registro Único de Retornados, un certificado que acreditará al ciudadano como beneficiario de la Ley 1565 de 2012 o las normas que la sustituyan, modifiquen o adicionen.
