Establecer Un Contingente De Importación Para 100 Unidades De Vehículos Con Motor Eléctrico Clasificados Por La Subpartida Arancelaria 8703

Establecer un contingente de importación para 100 unidades de vehículos con motor eléctrico clasificados por la subpartida arancelaria 8703.90.00.10, con gravamen del cero por ciento (0%), el cual aplicará a partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia de este decreto para la importación de 100 unidades hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2009.

Parágrafo

Vencido los términos establecidos en el presente artículo, se restablecerá el arancel contemplado en el Decreto 4589 de 2006.
