En los procesos que se adelanten por las contravenciones a que se refiere esta ley se aplicarán, de manera armónica y sistemática el Bloque de Constitucionalidad, la Constitución Política, los principios rectores y las normas del Código Penal y de la Ley 906 de 2004 .
