La demanda que verse sobre las acciones posesorias de que trata esta Ley, deberá inscribirse en la Oficina de Registro respectivo, sin necesidad de que el demandante preste la caución de que trata el artículo 740 del Código Judicial. Esta inscripción coloca los bienes fuera del comercio.
