Art. 2.° La Nacion garantiza hasta por veinticinco años el siete por ciento de interes anual sobre la suma que se emplee en la construccion del ferrocarril, siempre que no exceda de dos millones de pesos ($ 2.000,000) ; pero, si durante tres años consecutivos produjere el ferrocarril el espresado siete por ciento, cesará la garantía por parte de la Nacion.
