La acción disciplinaria por faltas a la deontología profesional se ejercerá sin perjuicio de la acción penal, civil o contencioso - administrativo a que hubiere lugar o de las acciones adelantadas por la Procuraduría o por otras entidades, por infracción a otros ordenamientos jurídicos.
