Los ferrocarriles de que trata esta Ley y sus anexidades estarán exentos del pago de todo impuesto nacional. Tampoco podrán los Municipios imponerles gravamen alguno fuera de los que hoy existen, ni en mayor cuantía de los establecidos actualmente para empresas semejantes. Además estarán exentos de los impuestos extraordinarios, como empréstitos forzosos, exacciones o contribuciones de guerra.
