No obtener calificaciones aprobatorias en cursos o exámenes de capacitación profesional para ascenso, de acuerdo con este estatuto y con las disposiciones que lo reglamentan.

Ser clasificados en lista número cinco (5) de acuerdo con el Reglamento de Evaluación y Clasificación para el personal de la Policía Nacional.
