Art. 8.° Para que los denuncios a que se refieren los artículos anteriores produzcan en favor de los denunciantes los beneficios de que tratan los artículos 22 a 25 de la lei de 29 de mayo de 1864, sobre bienes desamortizados, es necesario que contengan la indicación precisa de los documentos en que se funde el denuncio, o presentar dichos documentos con el denuncio mismo.
