Habrá un Juzgado de Menores en la capital de cada Departamento, con jurisdicción en el territorio correspondiente al respectivo Tribunal Superior.

Parágrafo

En los Departamentos en donde funcionen dos Tribunales, la jurisdicción de la Juzgada de Menores se extenderá a los territorios correspondientes a ambos Tribunales.
