Artículo único. Mientras se dispone otra cosa por la Asamblea Nacional, los derechos de Registro continuarán cobrándose conforme á lo dispuesto en la Ley 56 de 1904, é ingresarán al Tesoro de los Departamentos. Comuníquese y publíquese.
