Artículo sexto. De acuerdo con los artículos 37 y 38 del Decreto 080 de 1980, a las personas a que se refiere el artículo 6º de la Ley 53 de 1975, el Consejo Profesional de Química exigirá fotocopia autenticada del título de post-grado para la expedición de la matrícula que los acredite como especialistas en el área correspondiente.
