º Aclárase el artículo 7º del Decreto 2681 de 1993, en el sentido en que las operaciones de crédito público para las cuales el Capítulo II del mencionado Decreto no consagró una regulación particular, también se sujetarán a las disposiciones relativas a los empréstitos, según se trate de operaciones internas o externas y la entidad estatal que las celebre.
