OBLIGACIÓN DE LOS AGENTES REINCORPORADOS. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional que fueren reincorporados, ingresarán con la obligación de prestar por lo menos cinco (5) años de servicio para poder adquirir el derecho a la asignación de retiro si no la tuvieren o a modificar el porcentaje por el tiempo de servicio. De esta obligación quedan exentos los Agentes que fueren retirados del servicio activo por disposición de la Dirección General, por disminución de la capacidad sicofísica para la actividad policial, por incapacidad absoluta y permanente o gran invalidez adquirida después de su reincorporación.
