Instalación del sistema de monitoreo. La instalación del sistema de monitoreo de que trata el artículo 2.2.6.6., del presente Título deberá ser exigido por la Policía Fiscal Aduanera de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales - DIAN, con posterioridad a la autorización de levante de la maquinaria.

El Ministerio de Transporte, reglamentará el registro de la maquinaria clasificable en las subpartidas 8429.11.00.00, 8429.19.00.00, 8429.51.00.00, 8429.52.00.00, 8429.59.00.00 y 8905.10.00.00, que haya ingresado a territorio colombiano con anterioridad al 2 de noviembre de 2012.
