Proyectos declarados inconstitucionales parcialmente. Cuando una Cámara rehaga e integre un proyecto de ley declarado parcialmente inconstitucional por la Corte Constitucional, según lo previsto en el artículo 167 de la Constitución Política, enviará el texto a la otra Cámara para su aprobación. Una vez cumplido este trámite se remitirá a la misma Corte el proyecto para su fallo definitivo.
