Art. 66. De los autos que dicte la Sala podrán apelar los responsables para ante la Corte Suprema dentro de los cinco días siguientes á aquél en que hubiere sido notificado el respectivo auto de fenecimiento; y se introducirá el recurso por conducto del empleado ó funcionario que hubiere hecho la notificación.
