º. El Contralor General de la República pasará a las empresas o instituciones, y a las personas jurídicas de derecho público, a que alude el artículo anterior la terna para la elección de Auditor o Revisor Fiscal Integrándola con candidatos que reúnan las exigencias legales y reglamentarias. Así mismo fijará, de acuerdo con la Junta Directiva o autoridad que haga sus veces la nómina de las Auditorías o Revisorías respectivas, y las asignaciones correspondientes. El personal subalterno de estas oficinas será de libre nombramiento y remoción del Auditor o Revisor Fiscal.
