De las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales de la cuenca del Río Magdalena. El

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 33 de la Ley 99 de 1993 quedará así: "

Parágrafo 2

De las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales de la cuenca del Río Magdalena. Las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales en cuya jurisdicción se encuentran municipios ribereños del Río Magdalena, ejercerán sus funciones en coordinación con la Corporación Autónoma Regional del Río Grande de la Magdalena, creada por el artículo 331 de la Constitución Política."
