Las Decisiones De La Junta Directiva Se Tomarán Por Mayoría No Inferior A La Mitad Más Uno De Los Asistentes

Las decisiones de la Junta Directiva se tomarán por mayoría no inferior a la mitad más uno de los asistentes. En caso de empate el voto del Ministro de Obras Públicas será decisorio. La Junta Directiva podrá reunirse, deliberar y adoptar decisiones con la presencia de tres (3) de sus miembros, caso en el cual las decisiones se tomarán por unanimidad y siendo uno de los presentes el Ministerio de Obras Públicas,

Parágrafo

La Junta Directiva podrá establecer dentro de su seno comisiones para trabajos o estudios especiales.
