º Las Organizaciones Juveniles sin animo de lucro podrán tener fines educativos, científicos, tecnológicos, culturales, de recreación o deportes y la personería jurídica les será reconocida por los Gobernadores y el Alcalde Mayor del Distrito Capital de Santafé dé Bogotá, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 27 del Decreto 525 de 1990.
