Artículo Único. Adiciónase el Decreto número 2151 de 1965 en el sentido de incluir al señor Juan Ulloa Caicedo en la comisión ad honórem que representará a Colombia en la reunión, convocada para estudiar el proyecto de Convenio Mundial Azucarero. Comuníquese y publíquese.
