No puede obligarse a terceros a la exhibición de documentos privados o correspondencia de su propiedad exclusiva, salvo el derecho que asiste a quien los necesite, del cual puede usar en el juicio correspondiente.

Si están dispuestos a exhibirlos voluntariamente, el Secretario se traslada a su casa u oficina para tomar las copias respectivas.
