º El emplazamiento a que se refiere el artículo anterior se efectuará mediante notificación personal, si se conociere el propietario del bien o si éste estuviere detenido. En caso contrario el emplazamiento se surtirá mediante la fijación de un edicto en la Secretaria del Tribunal Superior de orden Público, durante el término de tres (3) días calendario. Si en cinco (5) días calendario no se pudiere efectuar la notificación personal, el emplazamiento se hará por edicto.
