La suma anterior se incluirá en el Presupuesto de Gastos de 1910, y el Poder Ejecutivo hará el gasto de la partida de cinco mil pesos ($5,000) siempre que los Gobiernos de Venezuela y Ecuador convengan en donar con Colombia la estatua del Libertador á la Oficina Internacional de las Repúblicas Americanas.
