Ley 160 de 1936 · Por la cual se modifican algunas de las disposiciones de la Ley 37 de 1931 y se dictan otras disposiciones sobre petróleos

A partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley, en el Ministerio de Industrias y Trabajo se llevará un libro destinado al registro de los avisos expresamente aceptados a que se refiere el artículo 6º de esta Ley, en el cual se hará constar por orden riguroso de inscripción:

1º Número y fecha de inscripción;

2º Nombre, nacionalidad y vecindad del avisaste;

3º Departamento, Intendencia o Comisaria y Municipio en donde se halle situado el terreno petrolífero de cuyo aviso se trate y nombre de este terreno;

4º Alinde ración del referido terreno;

5º Extensión del terreno y demás datos convenientes para su identificación;

6º Relación de los títulos, y

7º Fecha y parte dispositiva de la resolución en la cual se haya ordenado el registro, o fecha y parte dispositiva de la sentencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia en que se haya declarado el derecho.
