Terminación encargo. Terminar el encargo efectuado mediante el Decreto número 1656 del 13 de octubre de 2023, en el empleo de Viceministro(a), Código 0020, del Despacho del Viceministerio de Políticas y Normalización Ambiental del Territorio del Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, a la doctora Sandra Yolima Sguerra Castañeda, identificada con la cédula de ciudadanía número 39792020.

Parágrafo

La terminación del nombramiento en encargo será efectivo a partir de la fecha de posesión y la doctora Sandra Yolima Sguerra Castañeda, identificada con la cédula de ciudadanía número 39792020, deberá asumir el empleo titular de Asesor(a), Código 1020, Grado 18, del Despacho de la Ministra.
