º Las cuentas de cobro presentadas por las empresas, las cooperativas o los propietarios no constituyen prueba de la prestación del servicio. La Corporación Financiera del Transporte S.A., podrá comprobar en cualquier tiempo la veracidad de la información consignada en las cuentas de cobro mediante visitas administrativas, control de vehículos en taller, control de servicios especiales, informe de autoridad competente, etc., a fin de ratificar los pagos efectuados, exigir los reintegros o imponer las sanciones a que haya lugar por inexactitud e irregularidades que se observen en desarrollo de las medidas de control.
