Intereses. En cuanto a intereses sobre los saldos, el Instituto reconocerá el cuatro por ciento (4%) anual en el caso del literal b), el siete por ciento (7%) cuando se trate de pago en dinero efectivo en el evento del literal c), y del seis por ciento (6%) en el caso del literal d), todos del artículo 33 de este Decreto. Tales intereses se pagarán por semestres vencidos y se reconocerán desde la fecha en que tome posesión de las tierras.
