º Todo beneficiado prestará caución por el valor de una anualidad para asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones que contrae como adjudicatario de una beca. Cuando se trate de caución personal ésta deberá ser prestada por persona de solvencia reconocida y, de preferencia, por una Compañía de Seguros.
