° En los casos en los cuales se trasladen funcionarios entre las diferentes dependencias del Gabinete del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público se entenderá para todos los efectos legales y fiscales que el servicio se ha prestado sin solución de continuidad y los salarios seguirán siendo pagados por el Gabinete del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público al cual pertenecían inicialmente los mencionados funcionarios hasta tanto va incluyan en una nueva planta.
