La Dirección de la Escuela "General Santandernone podrá adquirir directamente los artículos y elementos de casino y los demás que sean necesarios para su normal sostenimiento por una suma hasta de quinientos pesos. Cuando la cuantía de la compra sea mayor de quinientos pesos, deberá hacerse con autorización del Director General.
