º . Inversión de recursos. Los recursos del FONPET se invertirán teniendo en cuenta las reglas previstas para la inversión de las reservas del régimen de ahorro individual con solidaridad, en forma tal que se preserve su seguridad y rentabilidad. Dentro de las inversiones no se incluirán las acciones. No obstante, el 30% de los recursos deberá invertirse en los títulos mencionados en el numeral 7 del artículo 7º de la Ley 549.
